• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
• Master's Degree or Executive Certification in Operations, Lean Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a visionary and results\-driven Plant Head to lead our advanced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end\-to\-end plant operations, driving operational excellence, implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, optimizing production efficiency, and leading high\-performing teams. The role requires expertise in modern fabrication technologies, CNC machining, automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing systems while ensuring quality, safety, and timely production.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead overall plant operations, including production planning, manufacturing, maintenance, and utilities.
• Develop and execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet business and customer delivery targets.
• Monitor production output, material flow, work\-in\-progress (WIP), machine utilization, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
• Optimize plant layout, inventory management, and material movement to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure maximum machine uptime through preventive maintenance planning and availability of critical spare parts.
• Lead production teams across multiple shifts, including manpower planning, training, performance management, and discipline.
• Implement digital manufacturing systems, MES, and data\-driven dashboards for production monitoring and performance analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate production bottlenecks, downtime, and process inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and statutory standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Drive cost optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
