1\) **Overall Plant Leadership \& Control:**
Take complete responsibility for all plant operations from raw material gate entry to finished goods dispatch
Lead, monitor, and control production, maintenance, quality, stores, dispatch, security, and utilities etc.
Act as the single point of accountability for plant performance, output, cost, quality, and safety
2\) **Production Planning \& Execution:**
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in line with sales orders and capacity.
Ensure optimum utilization of furnace, rolling mill, CCM, and auxiliary equipment
Control production losses and improve conversion efficiency
3\) **Raw Material \& Scrap Procurement (Driving Role)**
Act as a driving force for sourcing and securing quality scrap for plant operations
Identify reliable scrap suppliers
Ensure consistent quality, grading, and quantity of scrap
Control cost and improve melting yield
Approve scrap specifications and ensure inspection at gate and during unloading
4\) **Quality Management**
Ensure compliance with quality standards at every stage – raw material, in\-process, and finished goods
Minimize rejections, rework, and customer complaints
5\) **Maintenance \& Asset Management**
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery
Plan shutdowns, overhauls, and spares availability
Ensure safe and efficient commissioning of new equipment or upgrades
6\) **Sales Coordination \& Revenue Flow**
Actively push and support the sales team to ensure continuous order inflow
Align production planning with confirmed and forecasted sales orders
Participate in pricing, feasibility, and delivery commitment discussions
Ensure timely dispatch to avoid revenue blockage
Monitor and resolve bottlenecks affecting cash flow
7\) **Dispatch \& Logistics Control**
Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of finished goods
8\) **Cost Control \& Profitability**
Control conversion cost, power consumption, fuel usage, and consumables
Analyze BOM vs actual consumption and initiate corrective measures
Support management in achieving targeted EBITDA and profitability
Will continue the process of savings and keep the management informed from time to time.
9\) **Inventory \& Stores Management**
Ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid production stoppage or overstocking
Conduct periodic stock audits and variance analysis
10\) **Manpower \& Team Management**
Lead and develop plant workforce and taking full accountiblity of the workforce
Focus on stablity of the manpower
Maintaining discipline in respect to work time, production schedule and culture of overall plant and the accomodation area.
Ensure right manpower deployment as per production requirement
Support HR in performance evaluation, training, and succession planning i.e. creation of backup (\+2\) of every role within the plant.
11\) **MIS, Reporting \& Management Communication**
Prepare and review daily and monthly MIS on production, quality, cost, and dispatch
Report plant performance, risks, and improvement plans to management
Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹250,000\.00 per month
