• **Working Hours:** General Shift – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• **Qualification:** B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics \& Telecommunication (E\&TC), Industrial or Production Engineering

• *2\. Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to manage and oversee overall plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production activities, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resources and improving overall plant efficiency.

• *3\. Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and oversee day\-to\-day plant operations.
• Plan, organize and monitor production activities to achieve targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
• Monitor production efficiency and control manufacturing costs.
• Ensure product quality and timely delivery of production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase departments.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, guide and motivate employees and departmental teams.
• Monitor production performance and prepare operational reports.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Excellent knowledge of plant and production management.
• Good technical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

• *5\. Experience Required**

15–20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production or plant operations, preferably in a senior management position.

• *6\. Candidate Profile**

The candidate should be highly responsible, result\-oriented and capable of independently managing overall plant operations while ensuring productivity, quality, operational efficiency and smooth coordination across departments.
