Plant HR Manager

• Act as the primary HR contact for all plant employees.
• Manage employee relations issues and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and morale.

• *Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning:**

• Oversee recruitment and hiring for the plant to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Develop and execute workforce planning and strategies for talent pipeline development.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview, and onboard new hires.

• *Labor Relations:**

• Manage relationships with unions, if applicable, and handle collective bargaining processes.
• Address grievances, resolve labor disputes, and ensure adherence to labor contracts.
• Facilitate communication between management and union representatives.

• *Training \& Development:**

• Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs for plant employees.
• Promote continuous learning and leadership development for team growth.
• Conduct compliance, safety, and operational training as required.

• *Performance Management:**

• Guide managers on conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing feedback.
• Address performance issues and develop improvement plans as necessary.
• Manage annual review cycles and ensure fairness in performance appraisals.

• *Compliance \& Safety:**

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Safety Department to maintain safe working conditions.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹55,000\.00 \- ₹60,543\.78 per month
