- Manage the Performance Management System for the company
- Partner in Talent Management process, Succession Planning \& Organization Design initiatives
- Plan \& deliver learning programs across hierarchy in the company
- Implement Leadership Development Program (LDP), Manager Development Program (MDP), Associate Development Program (ADP)
- Liaise with recruitment team for administering appropriate inventory when hiring senior leaders.
- Develop \& manage the employee orientation \& induction program
- Conceptualize, implement employee communication programs
- Lead Employee engagement programs
- Lead Employee branding initiatives
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹55,414\.20 per month
