Plant HR Manager

• Manage the Performance Management System for the company
• Partner in Talent Management process, Succession Planning \& Organization Design initiatives
• Plan \& deliver learning programs across hierarchy in the company
• Implement Leadership Development Program (LDP), Manager Development Program (MDP), Associate Development Program (ADP)
• Liaise with recruitment team for administering appropriate inventory when hiring senior leaders.
• Develop \& manage the employee orientation \& induction program
• Conceptualize, implement employee communication programs
• Lead Employee engagement programs
• Lead Employee branding initiatives

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹55,414\.20 per month
