· "Perform maintenance, repair, and advanced troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on power presses (16–200 Ton) and associated equipment.
· Interpret and analyze electrical schematics, PLC ladder diagrams, SCADA, and other automation systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
· Ensure reliable functionality and uptime of press machines, feeders, coilers, decoilers, and other related machinery.
· Maintain strict compliance with safety standards; identify and mitigate hazards proactively.
· Accurately record maintenance activities, maintain equipment history, and generate periodic performance reports.
· Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
· Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are readily available for timely repairs."
· Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, specifically in Press Machines, VMCs, WEDM Machines, and Electroplating lines.
· Proven hands\-on experience with relay logic, contactor logic, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
· Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and control circuits.
· Ability to independently diagnose and resolve electrical and automation faults in production machinery.
Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their integration with electrical controls.
