Metalab Analytical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Plastic \& Rubber Testing Engineer to join our NABL\-accredited laboratory in Ahmedabad. We need a professional who understands the science of polymers and can ensure high precision in testing.

• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Industry: Testing \& Analytical Services (3rd Party Service Laboratory)
• Role: Laboratory Operations (Service Unit \- NOT Production)
• Salary Range: INR 1,50,000 to INR 4,20,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform and supervise testing on Plastic and Rubber samples (Density, Specific Gravity, Ash Content, etc.).
• Hands\-on experience with instruments like TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis), DSC, and FTIR.
• Review and verify test reports as per IS, ASTM, and ISO standards.
• Manage NABL documentation (ISO/IEC 17025\), including SOPs, calibration records, and uncertainty calculations.
• Support internal audits and method validation.

• *Who Should Apply?**

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI in Polymer / Plastics \& Rubber Engineering.
• Experience: 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in a 3rd party testing lab (NABL experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of rubber compounding, plastic properties, and laboratory safety.
