\- **Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations applicable to PMS and AIF entities\***

• Review investment transactions, fund accounting records, and operational controls
• Coordinate with fund administrators and fund accountants
• \*Review NAV workings, investor capital accounts,\* subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls
• Prepare and validate management fees, distributor fees, and performance fees

\*Conduct concurrent audits of PMS and AIF operations\*

• Review compliance reports, regulatory filings, and operational documentation
• \*Perform bank, DP, and investment reconciliations\*
• Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and enhance operational controls
