The Portfolio Revenue Manager is responsible for leading the revenue management function across a portfolio of 12 hotels. This role drives strategic and tactical initiatives to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability across all distribution channels. Acting as a key commercial leader, the Portfolio Revenue Manager works closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement data\-driven pricing strategies, manage demand, optimize business mix, and guide long\-term revenue growth.
This role also serves as the key liaison between corporate revenue leadership and the hotel teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, market trends, and evolving consumer behaviour
### **Strategic Revenue Leadership**
- Lead the revenue management strategy for all hotels within the portfolio, overseeing pricing, forecasting, distribution, and inventory control.
- Develop, communicate, and execute effective pricing strategies across market segments and channels to achieve optimal revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams including Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Distribution to drive total revenue performance across Rooms, Meetings \& Events, and ancillary revenue streams.
- Ensure strategic alignment with brand and corporate revenue management initiatives while adapting them effectively to local market conditions.
### **Performance Analysis \& Optimization**
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and RGI to maximize performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for each hotel and present findings, recommendations, and action plans to hotel leadership.
- Leverage industry tools such as STR, OTA Insight, rate shopping platforms, and market intelligence reports to stay ahead of competitive trends and market shifts.
- Identify revenue opportunities, develop forecasts and budgets, and improve channel mix efficiency across the portfolio.
### **Systems Management \& Tactical Execution**
- Oversee the effective use of all revenue management systems, ensuring data integrity, accurate rate loading, and inventory management.
- Optimize availability and pricing across all online and offline distribution channels.
- Manage overbooking strategies, stay controls, restrictions, and yield management practices to maximize profitability while minimizing risk.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate guidelines related to pricing and distribution.
### **Team Leadership \& Development**
- Lead, coach, and develop Revenue Managers, Cluster Revenue Executives, and Revenue Analysts across the portfolio.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance on revenue systems, commercial strategy, and industry best practices.
- Foster a culture of commercial awareness, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
### **Cross\-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner closely with General Managers and hotel leadership teams to ensure understanding and execution of revenue strategies.
- Support marketing initiatives through revenue\-focused analysis, campaign evaluation, and promotional recommendations.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on the implementation of new tools, programs, systems, and commercial initiatives.
- *Qualifications \& Experience**

- Diploma, Degree, or Vocational Certification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, or Commercial functions within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and hotel commercial operations.
- Experience managing multi\-property or cluster revenue functions is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong customer\-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PMS, Channel Managers, STR, and Microsoft Excel.
