Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and client\-focused Post\-Sales Executive to manage the client lifecycle from deal closure through successful project onboarding and ongoing engagement. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients post\-meeting and is critical to ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and long\-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Follow up with leads after the pre\-sales meeting and work on converting them into confirmed clients. • Prepare and share detailed proposals tailored to client requirements in a timely manner. • Draft, manage, and forward contract documents to clients for review and sign\-off. • Prepare and share project estimations and cost breakdowns as requested by clients. • Conduct regular weekly check\-in meetings with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback. • Manage all client communication primarily through professional email correspondence. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and follow\-up activities. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in post\-sales, client servicing, account management, or a similar client\-facing role in a tech or IT services company. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in professional email drafting. • Ability to prepare clear proposals, cost estimations, and contract documents. • Detail\-oriented with strong follow\-up and organizational skills. • Ability to perform independent research and requirement analysis before client interactions. • Comfortable working with cross\-functional teams to align delivery with client expectations. • Basic understanding of AI automation services and technology solutions.
