PPC Executive

We are looking for a performance\-driven and analytical **PPC (Pay\-Per\-Click) Executive** to join our digital marketing team. You will assist in developing, executing, and optimizing paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI and drive lead generation. This role is perfect for a hands\-on marketer with 1\+ years of experience who is eager to grow under the mentorship of our Senior PPC/Digital Marketing Manager.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Campaign Management:** Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• **Keyword Research:** Conduct in\-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and manage negative keyword lists to ensure high\-quality traffic.
• **Ad Copywriting:** Write and A/B test compelling ad copies, headlines, and calls\-to\-action (CTAs) to improve Click\-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates.
• **Bid \& Budget Management:** Monitor daily/monthly ad spend and adjust bids (CPC, CPA, ROAS) to maximize return on investment.
• **Reporting \& Analytics:** Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, Quality Score) and providing actionable insights.
• **Landing Page Optimization:** Collaborate with designers and content teams to optimize landing pages for better lead conversions

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 1 year of hands\-on experience managing paid search/social campaigns (preferably in an agency or fast\-paced startup setting).
• **Platform Knowledge:** Proficiency in **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and **Meta Ads**. Familiarity with Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
