We are looking for an energetic Google Ads Specialist with 1\+ years of experience to join our core performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi\-Client Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and scale Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) for diverse client industries.
• Optimization \& ROAS Focus: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and total conversions while maximizing client ROAS/ROI.
• Keyword \& Copy Optimization: Conduct deep keyword research, maintain negative keyword lists, write high\-converting ad copies, and set up ad extensions.
• Tracking \& Analytics: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Client Reporting: Analyze performance metrics daily/weekly and create transparent data reports highlighting key deliverables and actionable insights.
• Landing Page Feedback: Work alongside the web development and design teams to recommend landing page improvements (CRO) for better conversion rates.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Experience: 1\+ years of hands\-on agency experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Google Ads dashboard, GA4, smart bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS), and keyword match types.
• Certifications: Google Ads Search or Measurement Certification (preferred).
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
