Job Summary

We are looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating high\-quality leads, improving campaign performance, managing digital advertising budgets, and achieving defined ROI/ROAS and CPL targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
• Generate high\-quality leads for real\-estate projects and ensure campaigns meet defined CPL, lead volume, conversion, and ROI targets.
• Manage daily campaign budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, placements, creatives, and landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI/ROAS, and lead quality.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands\-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of Lead Generation and Conversion Campaigns.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign tracking.
• Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Real\-estate lead\-generation experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
