PPC Manager (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram). The ideal candidate is data\-driven, results\-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth through digital marketing.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop high\-performing ad campaigns.
• Stay up to date with Google and Meta advertising policies, trends, and best practices.

• *Requirements:**

• 3\+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve ROAS and CPA.
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹1,430,160\.78 \- ₹2,383,601\.30 per month
