We are looking for an experienced PPC \& Paid Media Specialist with a strong digital marketing agency background and expertise in managing B2B paid media campaigns across international markets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets of $50,000\+ across multiple client accounts.
• Drive lead generation, MQL conversions, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline growth.
• Manage keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel.
• Create performance dashboards and reports using GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Work closely with SEO and content teams to improve campaign performance.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Experience managing large\-scale B2B paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• *Preferred:**

• Digital marketing agency experience.
• Experience handling US, UAE, and EMEA markets.
• Google Ads certifications.
• Exposure to SA360, DV360, and PPC automation tools.
