PPC Specialist

• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a results\-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels, with a proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive measurable business results through paid advertising.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to increase conversions and maximize ROAS.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Set up, manage, and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve overall account performance.
• Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data\-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) campaigns.
• Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a performance\-oriented mindset.
