We are looking for an experienced Pre\-Sales Executive who can be the first and most important touchpoint in a customer’s home\-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
1\- Lead Management
\* Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries from all lead sources.
\* Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, timeline, and purchase intent.
\* Maintain complete and accurate lead records in the CRM system.
\* Ensure timely follow\-up with all assigned leads.
2\- Customer Engagement
\* Understand customer requirements and buying motivations.
\* Address customer queries professionally and confidently.
\* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
3\- Storytelling \& Brand Representation
\* Present projects in a compelling and engaging manner.
\* Communicate not only project specifications but also the lifestyle, community, and long\-term value associated with the development.
\* Create an emotional connection between the customer and the project.
\* Generate excitement and curiosity that encourages customers to schedule a site visit.
4\- Site Visit Generation
\* Convert enquiries into qualified prospects and site visits.
\* Coordinate site visits with the sales team.
\* Ensure proper handover of customer information and expectations to the sales team.
5\- Coordination \& Reporting
\* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Management teams.
\* Share customer feedback and market insights.
\* Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Experience
\* 2–4 years of experience in Pre\-Sales, Tele\-Sales, Customer Relationship Management only in real estate companies.
Skills Required
\* Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
\* Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
\* Outstanding follow\-up and lead nurturing skills.
\* Ability to handle objections and customer concerns confidently.
\* Strong listening skills and customer understanding.
\* CRM and lead management proficiency.
\* Thinks like a consultant, not a caller.
\* Acts like a storyteller, not a script reader.
\* Understands customer aspirations before discussing products.
\* Can build trust within the first few minutes of a conversation.
\* Creates enough excitement for a customer to want to experience the project in person.
\* Understands that buying a home is an emotional decision, not just a financial one.
\* Represents the Giridhari Homes brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
