Key Responsibilities
o Conduct detailed and engaging product demonstrations for potential and existing clients including our Internal Team.
o Highlight key features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns during demonstrations.
o Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and internal teams.
o Create training materials and documentation to support ongoing learning and product usage.
o Handle client queries and issues promptly and efficiently through various channels (email, phone, chat).
o Communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi with clients and team members.
o Ensure clear, concise, and professional interactions in all communications.
o Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
o Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
o Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BTEch or a related field with SAAS exposure.
o Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations, customer service, or training.
o Excellent communication skills in English,Hindi and Marathi.
o Strong presentation and training skills. o Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
o Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM software preferably SAAS oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
