Role Overview\~
We are seeking experienced and design\-driven professionals for the role of Senior Pre\-Sales Executive. This position requires a strong blend of design expertise, client management, and sales acumen. You will lead client interactions at the showroom, deliver high\-quality design consultations, and play a critical role in driving conversions and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Client Consultation \& Relationship Management
Lead high\-value client interactions and provide expert design consultation
Understand detailed project requirements and recommend tailored furniture and design solutions
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with premium clientele
2\. Product \& Design Expertise
Demonstrate in\-depth knowledge of luxury furniture, materials, finishes, and customization capabilities
Guide clients through design concepts, space planning, and styling solutions
3\. Lead Conversion \& Sales Ownership
Take ownership of leads from initial consultation to conversion
Strategically follow up and nurture prospects to close deals
Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
4\. Design Presentation \& Proposal Management
Develop advanced mood boards, layout plans, and 3D visualizations
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations aligned with client requirements
Deliver impactful presentations to clients
5\. Team Collaboration \& Coordination
Coordinate with design, production, and backend teams for seamless execution
Ensure clarity in communication regarding customization, timelines, and delivery
6\. Showroom Leadership
Maintain high visual and experiential standards in the showroom
Mentor junior designers/pre\-sales executives where required
Ensure displays reflect current trends and brand positioning

Skills \& Qualifications
\~Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
\~3–5\+ years of experience in interior design consultation or luxury furniture sales
\~Strong sales orientation with proven conversion ability
\~Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
\~Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools
\~Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
