Pre\-Sales Executive
\* Fresher or up to **3 years of experience in pre\-sales / tele\-calling**
\* Experience in **real estate pre\-sales** is a plus
\* Strong calling, lead qualification \& follow\-up skills
\* Inbound \& outbound calls
\* CRM lead management
\* Appointment scheduling for site visits
\* Clear communication and customer\-handling skills
\* Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
\* Willingness to work in a fast\-paced sales environment
