*Key Requirements**
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the South Mumbai real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and result\-oriented mindset
High level of professionalism and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
Candidates residing in South Mumbai preferred
Own two\-wheeler preferred for client meetings and site visits

Generate and qualify leads through networking, references, and market activities
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Negotiate deals and close sales transactions effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
