Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full\-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- *Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and introducing the company's products and services. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer\-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Sales team for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow\-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- *Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre Sales, Tele calling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in any one of the following languages is mandatory:
- Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
- Self\-motivated with a results\-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
