Job Description – Pre\-Sales Executive (Real Estate)Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused **Pre\-Sales Executive** to support our real estate sales team by managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow\-up abilities, and a customer\-centric approach to generate quality leads and contribute to sales conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management \& Qualification
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** generated through digital marketing campaigns, references, and other lead sources.
- **Qualify prospective customers** based on budget, location preference, investment goals, and buying intent.
- Maintain accurate lead records and customer interactions in the **CRM system**.
- Ensure timely follow\-up with all leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Customer Engagement
- Provide detailed information about **residential and commercial real estate projects**.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Address customer queries related to pricing, project specifications, payment plans, and possession timelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate **site visits** for interested prospects.
- Share project brochures, presentations, and relevant marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and site visit experience.
- Follow up post\-site visit to gather feedback and assess purchase intent.
CRM \& Reporting
- Update lead status, follow\-up activities, and customer feedback in CRM.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Track lead funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Assist in executing lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support event\-based lead generation initiatives, exhibitions, and property showcases.
Required Skills \& Competencies
- Strong **telecalling and customer engagement** skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of **real estate sales processes** and customer handling.
- Proficiency in **CRM software**, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong follow\-up and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 0\-4 years of experience in **Real Estate Pre\-Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Support, or Inside Sales**.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial property inquiries.
