*Process \& Proposal Manager – Water \& Wastewater Treatment**

*Location:** Gurgaon
*Experience:** 4–7 Years
*Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering

*About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Process \& Proposal Manager** to lead process engineering and proposal activities for Water \& Wastewater Treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in treatment technologies, proposal preparation, tender analysis, and cross\-functional coordination.

*Key Responsibilities**

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Design and develop treatment systems including ETP, STP, WTP, UF, RO, DM, and desalination plants.
Develop process calculations, PFDs, P\&IDs, equipment sizing, and technical documentation.
Analyze tenders, prepare pre\-bid queries, and develop cost estimates.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams.
Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimization activities.
Ensure proposals and designs comply with client requirements and industry standards.

*Required Skills \& Experience**

4–7 years of experience in water and wastewater process engineering.
Strong knowledge of RO, desalination, filtration, ion exchange, biological treatment, and physicochemical treatment processes.
Experience in technical proposal preparation and tender evaluation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and technical documentation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
