Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident **Process Associates for Lead Generation** for an Australian process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in the BPO/Customer Engagement domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (Australian market)
• Generate qualified leads and maintain customer engagement
• Explain services and handle basic customer queries
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/data systems
• Achieve daily/weekly performance and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Excellent verbal English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
