- *Job Summary:**
The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of operational processes across departments. The role involves coordinating activities, monitoring compliance with company SOPs, maintaining documentation, tracking task completion, and supporting continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate day\-to\-day operational activities across departments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Track and monitor process timelines and follow up with respective teams.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Accounts, HR, and Logistics teams for smooth workflow.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain records, checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required information.
- Generate periodic reports on process performance and key operational metrics.
- Escalate process deviations or delays to management.
- Assist in ERP data entry, monitoring, and reconciliation where required.
- Coordinate meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or administration.
- Experience in manufacturing or trading companies will be preferred.
- *Required Skills:**
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and follow\-up abilities.
- Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Navision, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
- Timely completion of assigned processes.
- SOP compliance percentage.
- Closure of pending action items within agreed timelines.
- Accuracy of reports and documentation.
- Process improvement initiatives implemented.
- Internal audit observations related to process compliance.
- Cross\-functional coordination effectiveness.
