Process Executive- Freshers

\* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE to introduce and explain Etisalat's postpaid SIM cards, eLife packages, and SMB product offerings.

\* Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Etisalat products to prospective customers.

\* Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to match their requirements.

\* Effectively handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about Etisalat products and services.

\* Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

\* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow\-up actions in the CRM system.

\* Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into successful sales.

\* Stay updated on the latest Etisalat products, promotions, and market trends.

\* Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

\* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications and Skills

\* Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer\-facing sales role, preferably with exposure to telecom products or services.

\* Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.

\* Fluency in English \& Hindi is essential.

\*Proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken in the UAE will be an added advantage.

\* Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

\* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers over the phone.

\* Results\-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

\* Good organizational and time management skills.

\* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.

\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\* High level of professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

\* Willingness to work in a target\-driven environment.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
