The Process Trainer – Sales is responsible for training and upskilling pharma / FMCG sales teams on sales processes, product knowledge, field execution, and compliance to improve sales effectiveness and market coverage.
Conduct induction and refresher training for field sales teams (Sales Executives).
Train on sales process, beat planning, PPT, detailing, and closing techniques.
Deliver product, therapy/category, and competitor training.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, CRM reporting, and compliance standards.
Identify skill gaps through field visits, audits, and performance analysis.
Provide coaching through role plays and on\-the\-job training.
Maintain training records, assessments, and effectiveness reports.
Skills \& Competencies
Strong knowledge of BPO / pharma / FMCG sales processes
Excellent communication and training delivery skills
Field coaching and mentoring capability
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales MIS
Pay: ₹9,430\.51 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
