Procurement Head

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Head to lead the procurement function for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing construction materials, negotiating with vendors, managing procurement budgets and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support project execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end to end procurement for construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, and project related equipment.
• Develop procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality and delivery timelines.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable vendors and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with the Projects, Finance and Stores teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement schedules.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Review purchase orders, vendor quotations, invoices and procurement reports.
• Analyze procurement costs and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–15 years of experience in procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems and procurement software.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
