Procurement Head

\*Head \- Sourcing and Procurement\*

· Analyzing and calculating procurement costs and developing cost reduction strategies.

· Driving purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis, as well as market trends.

· Negotiating contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.

· Collaborating with the procurement department to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities.

· Estimating risks and applying risk minimizing techniques, as well as negotiating contracts that comply with industry regulations.

· Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong partnerships with suppliers.

· Apply project management concepts to the planning and execution of the sourcing process.

· Develop and communicate in\-depth knowledge of key material market suppliers and cost infrastructure.

· Development of New Suppliers, Processes etc.

· Global Sourcing with right price, on\-time delivery and quality.

. Evaluating sourcing procedures and presenting improvement strategies to senior management for approval.

· Coordinate with various departments for timely development of new parts and sourcing strategies.

· In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes – Oil \& Gas preferable.

\*Education and Experience Education\*

· Diploma or Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.

\*Professional Experience\*

· 12\-15 years of experience in Procurement. 7\+years of experience in Oil and Gases.

· Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001\).

· Experience in supplier quality management and audit processes.

\*Languages\*

· English, Kannada, Hindi.

· Strong verbal and written fluency in English required.

· Working knowledge of Kannada required.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000\.00 per year

Work Location: In person
