Product Analyst - StavPay

#### **Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end invoicing and billing through StavPay.
• Generate and process invoices accurately.
• Monitor payment status and reconcile transactions.
• Handle payment gateway\-related issues and customer queries.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment follow\-ups.
• Track overdue invoices and initiate reminders.
• Prepare billing and payment reports.
• Ensure compliance with billing and financial processes.
• Support onboarding of clients onto the StavPay platform.

#### **Required Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable, or customer success with exposure to StavPay or similar payment and invoicing platforms.
• Hands\-on experience with StavPay.
• Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation.
• Familiarity with payment gateways and online payment processes.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
