About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **Product Consultant (Business Analyst)** to join our team and work with a leading US\-based healthcare client on enterprise\-grade Health Plan Benefit Management platforms.
This role combines **Product Consulting, Business Analysis, Client Advisory, Implementation Leadership, and Cross\-Functional Coordination**. The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare stakeholders, product teams, engineering, QA, and business teams to drive successful platform implementations, product enhancements, and client success initiatives.
The position requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, technical acumen, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across US and offshore teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory \& Solution Consulting
- Serve as the primary product and solution consultant for assigned healthcare clients.
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement\-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Recommend scalable product configurations and implementation strategies.
- Manage complex client interactions, solution discussions, escalations, and decision\-making processes.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and business leaders.
Implementation \& Delivery Management
- Drive end\-to\-end implementation projects from project kickoff through successful go\-live.
- Track project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Client Success teams.
- Ensure implementation quality, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
Product \& Requirement Management
- Translate client feedback and implementation learnings into actionable product enhancement recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Management teams on roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Review business requirements, process flows, data mappings, schemas, integrations, and configuration decisions.
- Ensure solutions align with platform standards, scalability requirements, and product architecture principles.
- Support backlog refinement, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
Stakeholder \& Cross\-Functional Coordination
- Represent implementation progress and product updates in client and leadership meetings.
- Facilitate communication between US stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Maintain structured project execution through regular status meetings, stand\-ups, risk reviews, and decision tracking.
- Drive alignment across technical, business, and operational teams.
Mentorship \& Process Improvement
- Mentor Business Analysts and junior team members on requirements gathering, documentation standards, and delivery best practices.
- Establish implementation governance and client communication standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product delivery and implementation processes.
- Promote best practices in stakeholder management and project execution.
