The selected candidate will work closely with health plan stakeholders, product teams, engineering, QA, and business teams to drive successful platform implementations and product enhancements. The role requires strong healthcare domain understanding, technical fluency, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to operate effectively across US and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities Client Advisory \& Solution Consulting **Act as the primary product and solution consultant for assigned healthcare clients** Conduct discovery workshops and requirement discussions with stakeholders **Recommend scalable product configurations and implementation approaches** Handle complex client discussions, escalations, and solution decisions

Implementation \& Delivery Ownership **Drive end\-to\-end implementation engagements from kickoff to go\-live** Track scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks **Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Client Success teams** Ensure implementation timelines and quality standards are met Product \& Requirement Management **Translate client feedback and implementation learnings into product enhancement inputs** Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap priorities and feature improvements **Review business requirements, data mappings, schemas, integrations, and configuration decisions** Ensure solutions align with platform standards and scalable product architecture Stakeholder \& Cross\-Functional Coordination **Represent the product and implementation status in client meetings and leadership discussions** Manage communication across US stakeholders and offshore delivery teams **Maintain structured execution through regular standups, tracking, escalation handling, and decision documentation**

Required Skills \& Experience **5\-8 years of experience in Product Consulting, Business Analysis, Product Management, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Program Management** Minimum 3 years of client\-facing experience in enterprise software implementations **Experience handling end\-to\-end B2B software or platform implementations** Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data models, schemas, and relational databases **Ability to read and understand JSON, XML, and interface mapping structures** Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and issue investigation **Strong stakeholder management and communication skills** Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes independently **Experience working across US and offshore delivery models**

Technical \& Functional Exposure **Product implementation and configuration management** APIs, data integrations, and schema validation **SQL querying and data analysis** Agile/Scrum delivery environments **Tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow Preferred Qualifications** Experience in US healthcare domain (Health Plans, Benefits, Claims, Enrollment, EDI, HIPAA, etc.) **Exposure to benefit management systems or healthcare data platforms** Prior experience in consulting organizations, SaaS product companies, or implementation services teams **Experience mentoring Business Analysts or junior implementation team members** Familiarity with healthcare workflows and enterprise client engagement models
