Product Designer

At Laundryheap, we’re building the future of laundry and home services. Our platform operates across multiple markets globally, helping customers schedule pickups and deliveries with speed, reliability, and convenience.

We’re looking for a **Product Design**er to help shape experiences across our customer apps, web platform, and internal operational tools.

What you’ll do* Design end\-to\-end product experiences across mobile and web

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams
• Turn business and user problems into intuitive and scalable solutions
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production ready UI designs
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve experiences
• Participate in product discovery and help shape roadmap discussions
• Balance speed and quality in a fast\-moving environment

What we’re looking for* 4–6 years of experience designing digital products

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI deliverables
• Experience designing mobile\-first consumer experiences
• Good understanding of product thinking, user behavior, and interaction design
• Comfortable working in cross\-functional teams
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain design decisions
• Proficiency in Figma and other design workflows
• Attention to detail with a pragmatic mindset

Nice to have* Experience working on operational or logistics products

• Familiarity with experimentation / A/B testing
• Experience maintaining design systems
• Experience in iterative design approaches

Work Schedule* 9\-hour shift (8 working hours \+ 1 hour break)

• 5 days per week (Mon\-Fri)
• Shift timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time) / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (IST)
• Office\-based role in Bengaluru
