We are looking for a **Product Designer (UI/UX)** who brings strong visual craft, highly refined user experience thinking, and the autonomy to operate independently within an **AI\-agent\-driven workflow**. Working alongside our Product Architect, you will bring the design lens to product discovery, requirement modeling, and solution ideation. The primary expectation is your ability to independently own and ship your design layouts end\-to\-end while keeping quality and quality control at production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design, iterate, and ship comprehensive UI/UX surfaces utilizing prompt\-driven AI design workflows (Claude Design, Figma Make, UX Pilot, Uizard).
- Provide clear design perspectives during initial discovery phases, requirement gathering, and collaborative feature ideation.
- Translate product specifications into precise user flows, clean wireframes, and interactive, high\-fidelity prototypes.
- Build, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems and structured component libraries across multiple platforms.
- Audit and ensure all production visual assets adhere to WCAG 2\.1/2\.2 AA accessibility rules and intuitive spatial logic.
- Coordinate directly with engineering peers to ensure exact implementation, layout precision, and asset alignment during final delivery.
- *Required Skills \& Experience**
- **Experience:** Minimum 3\+ years of professional history as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or an equivalent production role.
- **Portfolio:** A verifiable portfolio demonstrating successfully shipped web and mobile application products is strictly mandatory for consideration.
- **Figma Mastery:** Expert fluency utilizing Figma features including advanced Design Systems, Auto Layout, Variables, unified Components, and Prototyping.
- **AI\-Native Workflow:** Proficiency utilizing AI design tools as a core part of your daily process, with the technical judgment to refine, iterate, and quality\-control the generated outputs.
- **UX Foundations:** Deep mastery of standard usability heuristics, information architecture layout, typographic systems, and spatial hierarchy rules.
- **Autonomy:** Proven capability to independently drive your design surface, handle deadlines, and deliver clean results without requiring close supervision.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior history designing Web3\-native or decentralized application (dApp) interfaces.
- Familiarity with complex Web3 UX patterns including transaction signing interfaces, wallet connections, gas fee state\-tracking, and on\-chain finality communication.
- Background handling user experience workflows for SaaS platforms, FinTech applications, or specialized B2B dashboards.
