The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and product\-minded Product Designer who can help shape the entire design experience at Wingit.

This isn't just a role where you'll be designing screens or following existing design systems. You'll work closely with the founders and product team to understand customer problems, identify opportunities, conceptualize solutions and turn them into intuitive, visually exceptional product experiences.

You'll have significant ownership over how Wingit's product looks, feels and works.

What You'll Do

• Own the end\-to\-end design process, from understanding problems and ideation to wireframing, prototyping and final UI execution.
• Design intuitive and visually compelling experiences across our consumer\-facing product.
• Build and evolve Wingit's design language and design system.
• Work on personalization, product discovery, beauty recommendations, shopping journeys and commerce experiences.
• Translate complex product ideas into simple, elegant and delightful user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers and engineers to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
• Explore emerging design patterns, interactions and technologies to push the boundaries of consumer experiences.
• Maintain consistency across the product with exceptional attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in product design, UX/UI design or interaction design.
• A portfolio showcasing excellent visual craft, product thinking and end\-to\-end design work.
• Strong command of Figma, prototyping and modern design tools.
• Deep understanding of user experience, interaction patterns, typography, layouts and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to think beyond screens and understand the complete customer journey.
• Strong ownership, problem\-solving skills and ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment.
• Someone curious, detail\-oriented and passionate about building exceptional consumer products.

Bonus Points

• Experience working on consumer\-facing applications, e\-commerce, beauty, fashion or lifestyle products.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of personalization, recommendation systems and AI\-powered product experiences.
• Experience with motion design and micro\-interactions.
• Experience working in an early\-stage startup.
