Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Manager with strong expertise in EHR/EMR implementation, clinical operations, healthcare product development, and US healthcare systems. The ideal candidate should have experience collaborating with doctors, clinical teams, engineering teams, and stakeholders to build patient\-centric healthcare solutions compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute healthcare product strategies aligned with business objectives and market requirements.
- Work closely with doctors, clinical teams, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
- Manage end\-to\-end product lifecycle including requirement gathering, roadmap planning, implementation, testing, launch, and post\-launch enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in preventive healthcare, remote patient monitoring, and digital health solutions.
- Handle EHR/EMR implementation activities, client requirement gathering, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and clinical configuration support.
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Ensure products comply with US healthcare regulations and standards including HIPAA, FDA, AHA, and ADA guidelines.
- Collaborate with clinical researchers, bioinformaticians, and technical teams for healthcare product innovation and data\-driven solutions.
- Support Clinical Operations, Go\-To\-Market strategies, stakeholder communication, and product adoption initiatives.
- Monitor product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive patient\-centric healthcare initiatives focused on clinical decision support and personalized medicine solutions.
