We are building the software systems that make reliable, intelligent EV charging possible at scale. We are hiring an experienced Product Owner to own our Revenue product domain \- the systems and services that underpin every charging transaction Blink processes globally. This is a high\-impact role for someone genuinely excited by the complexity of payments, billing, and financial infrastructure in a fast\-moving, AI\-adopting, international context. The right candidate will have a clear path to transition into a Product Manager role within 6–12 months and will thrive in a dynamic environment where scope evolves, boundaries shift, and new challenges emerge regularly. You will be the primary PO for our Revenue POD, responsible for the end\-to\-end transaction infrastructure \- covering session pricing, payment processing, billing, financial settlement, and revenue reconciliation across our global network. You will translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable user stories, lead backlog refinement and sprint planning, and work directly with stakeholders across Europe and North America. You will operate with high autonomy and leverage AI tools to own a fragmented global payments landscape \- multiple PSPs, app and web payments, and card reader flows. As the organisation scales and priorities shift, flexibility needs to be in your DNA. This could be supporting other PODs, contributing to strategic projects, or learning about new domains. This role reports to the Global Product Director \- Software and sits within a globally distributed Technology team spanning the USA, Europe and India. **What You Will Own** **Revenue POD – Primary Ownership** You will be the execution lead for the Revenue POD, responsible for: * Billing systems \- session billing, invoice generation, account\-level billing logic * Charging session pricing \- rate structures, time\-of\-use pricing, fleet and network pricing * Payment workflows \- PSP integrations, app and web\-based payments, card reader flows, pre\-authorisation \& retry logic Blink currently operates a complex payment service landscape globally. A key part of this role is bringing strategic clarity to that complexity \- evaluating consolidation opportunities, improving consistency across flows, and ensuring the payment experience is reliable for drivers and financially clean for the business. **Supporting Scope** In addition to Revenue, you will provide product support across the wider Product team as needed. As priorities and business needs evolve, this could mean owning adjacent domains temporarily, contributing to cross\-POD strategic initiatives, or stepping into emerging product challenges. We value POs who are curious, adaptable, and energised by variety rather than confined to a single domain. **How You Will Work** You will be expected to: * Define and own your product domain roadmap, with clear prioritisation and rationale. * Translate complex business and technical requirements into well\-structured, actionable user stories. * Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning support, and acceptance criteria definition within the Revenue POD. * Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high\-quality outcomes. * Support the wider Product team with AI adoption using the Anthropic\-Claude suite. * Work directly with stakeholders across Europe and North America to surface needs and validate direction. * Engage directly with external parties and payment provider contacts on new integrations, defect resolutions and relationship management as needed. * Operate with a high degree of autonomy \- we expect you to own your domain, not wait for direction. **AI\-Augmented Ways of Working** The product team is actively adopting AI\-powered tooling to accelerate delivery. You will be expected to engage with and support the development and rollout of these approaches in your day\-to\-day work. * Product Intake Workflow. We are standardising and improving product and dev support intake via a Claude Code application underpinned by Jira Service Management. * AI\-assisted design pipeline. Our UX team uses Claude and Figma to automatically generate designs and React prototypes from product requirements. You will help as needed for those changes to UI elements interacting with those features related to the scope of the Revenue POD. **What We Are Looking For** **Essential** * 3–7 years of product owner experience, with a strong track record owning complex digital product domains. * Excellent knowledge of Agile Scrum and Product ownership in a complex multi\-team environment. * Genuine depth of experience in payments, billing, or financial platform product management \- you understand how PSPs, pre\-authorisation, settlement, and reconciliation work. * Experience working in international or multi\-market product environments. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills \- comfortable decomposing complex business processes into clear, structured requirements. * Excellent communication skills \- able to work fluidly across engineering, business stakeholders, leadership and external parties. **Highly Valued** * Experience with data product domains \- reporting infrastructure, analytics pipelines, BI tooling. * Exposure to IoT, connected devices, or platform/API product management. * Familiarity with ERP or CRM integrations in a payments or billing context. * Experience with EV charging, energy, or mobility platforms. * Track record of contributing to or leading product operations improvements \- intake processes, tooling, ways of working. **The…
