Product Owner – CCH Tagetik EPM

Mission of the Role

The Product Owner – CCH Tagetik EPM is responsible for end\-to\-end ownership of the Tagetik platform, ensuring it delivers a single source of truth for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting across the Group.

This role acts as a strategic bridge between Finance, FP\&A, IT, and global stakeholders, driving standardization, automation, and finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• *Product strategy and Ownership:** Define and drive Tagetik roadmap; manage lifecycle, upgrades, and releases, Drive adoption of new Tagetik functionalities, Prioritise development requests based on business value.

• *Consolidation (FW):** Supporting Consolidation team on close cycles, IC eliminations, currency,

IFRS compliance, and controls

• *Planning (AW):** Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes (P\&L, FTE, capex, cash

flow)

• *FP\&A Reporting:** Build and maintain Tagetik reports, support management PPTs, reduce Excel

dependency

• *Data \& Governance:** Manage master data, Govern dimensions and hiérarchies, and categories

in Tagetik application, ensure data integrity and controls, Coordinate audit and compliance

requirements.

• *Platform Optimization:** Optimize license usage, enable collaborative features and ensure

adoption by end users.

• *Global Service Delivery Leadership:** Define service catalogue and SLAs, Own support model

(L1–L3\), ensure system performance, user satisfaction, and documentation

• *Business Partnering:** Translate finance needs into system solutions, Challenge and simplify

processes, drive global standardization rather than local customization.

• *Transformation:** Drive automation, digital finance initiatives, and advanced capabilities (AI/ESG)

• *Vendor \& Projects:** Manage partners, lead enhancements, UAT, and delivery, Control budget and

roadmap

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

Degree in Finance / Accounting / Information Systems

CA / ACCA / CPA preferred

5–10 years in Finance Systems / EPM / FP\&A / Consolidation

Hands\-on experience in CCH Tagetik or similar EPM tools

• *Strong exposure to:**

Financial consolidation \& IFRS

Budgeting and forecasting

Experience in global/multi\-entity environments preferred
