The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost objectives are achieved efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities**
Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules.
Monitor manufacturing processes and optimize productivity.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and planning teams.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, and downtime.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Support new product development and process validation activities.
Train and guide production operators and technicians.
*Qualifications**
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
