• Position:* Production Head / Production Manager

• Salary:* Up to ₹50,000 per month
• (Final salary will be offered based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role.)*

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities

Ensure achievement of production targets within deadlines

Monitor production quality, efficiency, and output

Coordinate with merchandising, quality, stores, and dispatch teams

Optimize manpower utilization and production processes

Reduce production losses, wastage, and operational costs

Ensure smooth workflow across all manufacturing stages

Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Experience in footwear manufacturing preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations

✔ Ability to manage production teams and supervisors effectively

✔ Good understanding of quality standards and process control

✔ Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
