**Key** **Responsibilities**

**Production** **Oversight**

· **Manage day\-to\-day production activities** to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations.

· **Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity** and reduce downtime.

· **Coordinate with cross\-functional teams** to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

· **Sample Development:** Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine product samples according to specifications.

· **Coordinating with External Vendors:** Manage communication and logistics with external vendors to facilitate smooth production processes.

· **Dispatching Raw Materials:** Organize and oversee the dispatch of raw materials to production facilities, ensuring adequate supply to meet manufacturing needs.

· **Tracking In\-House Manufacturing:** Monitor and track day\-to\-day operations within our manufacturing unit, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

· **Developing Manufacturing Reports:** Generate comprehensive reports on manufacturing activities, detailing progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Team** **Leadership**

· Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and morale.

· Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among production teams.

· Resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.

**Quality** **Assurance**

· Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures to achieve production goals.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold product quality and compliance with regulations.

**Process** **Improvement**

· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

· Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize disruptions.

**Inventory Management**

· Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for production needs while minimizing waste and overages.

· Coordinate with supply chain management to optimize material procurement and logistics.

**Qualifications**

· Bachelor’s degree in Designing or related field preferred.

· Proven experience as a **Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.**

· Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and health \& safety regulations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze data and make data\-driven decisions.

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP software.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
