Experience
6–10 years of experience in Production Management.
Experience in Industrial Automation, Machine Building, SPMs, Robotics Integration, Manufacturing Projects, or Engineering Industries preferred.Proven experience in managing production teams and meeting delivery targets.- Strong leadership and decision\-making skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ownership mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
