Role Overview

Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead production execution from India while coordinating with US plant operations. The role involves managing shop floor execution, ensuring on\-time delivery, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining alignment across both locations.

The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing production (10\+ years) and the ability to manage multi\-location operations and cross\-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production plans for India plant and support US plant operations.
• Manage shop floor activities including manpower and machine utilization.
• Ensure production output meets delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with US teams for production planning and execution.
• Monitor WIP, job progress, and production output.
• Ensure adherence to production processes and quality standards.
• Reduce downtime, wastage, and inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Drive productivity improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering

• Strong experience in shop floor operations and production execution
• Experience handling multi\-location or international coordination is preferred
• Experience in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Solar, or Engineering Manufacturing
