Production Manager

Job Summary NICK PETROCHEM PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a responsible and result\-oriented Production Manager to manage and supervise daily production operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, smooth operation of filling lines and reactors, manpower supervision, and ensuring safety and quality compliance across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• *Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production activities** .Manage and monitor 6 Filling Lines, 5 Reactors, and 29 Storage Tanks. **Prepare and execute proper line\-up planning for filling lines.** Supervise production manpower and allocate work effectively. **Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards .** Monitor production efficiency and resolve operational issues. **Prepare and submit Daily Production Reports to Mr. Dhaval Nanda** .Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Skills \& Requirements

Graduate (any discipline) • Basic knowledge of Tally • Good working knowledge of MS Excel • Strong leadership and team\-handling skills • Ability to manage shop\-floor operations efficiently • Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes

Experience

• Experienced candidates preferred • Freshers can also apply (training will be provided) • Chemical / petrochemical industry experience not mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
