Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience: 4–6 Years in Electrical Panel Manufacturing Industry
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Job Responsibilities: Manage complete electrical panel production operations. Plan daily production activities and achieve production targets. Handle manpower allocation and shop floor management. Ensure quality standards and timely order completion. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams. Monitor production efficiency and reduce wastage.
Required Skills: Experience in LT, MCC, PCC, APFC, and Automation Panels. Strong production planning and team management skills. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. Ability to meet delivery schedules and customer commitments.
