Production Manager

Direct and oversee Special Purpose Machine (SPM) machining, brazing, and assembly operations to achieve production targets, quality, and cost efficiency. The role is about driving operational excellence, optimizing capacity utilization, and building a high\-performing production team.

Key Responsibilities listed

• Lead daily planning and execution across SPM machining, brazing, and assembly to meet delivery commitments
• Monitor performance, resolve bottlenecks, improve OEE and throughput
• Oversee SPM operations \- drilling, boring, milling, rotary\-index machines \- optimize cycle times and tool life
• Manage brazing operations \- filler metals, fluxes, leak testing \& NDT
• Manage assembly lines with poka\-yoke, line balancing, torque and testing procedures
• Work with Quality to minimize rejection, scrap and rework. Lead RCA using 8D, 5\-Why and Fishbone for CAPA
• Champion Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma
• Control operating expenses and conversion costs
• Collaborate with Maintenance for preventive / predictive maintenance
• Lead team development and ensure EHS compliance with a 'Zero Accident' culture
