- *Operations Manager (India Based)**

CareRay is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall manufacturing and operational activities of its India facility. This role will be responsible for production management, PMC (Production \& Material Control), quality management, supply chain coordination, regulatory support, and operational system development. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, localization initiatives, and sustainable business growth while serving as a critical bridge between the China headquarters and the India team.
- Oversee the overall manufacturing and operational activities of the India facility, including production, PMC (Production \& Material Control), quality management, supply chain management, and operational system development to ensure efficient and stable factory operations.
- Develop and execute production plans, coordinate production schedules, material availability, and resource allocation to ensure on\-time delivery of customer orders.
- Drive production cost control and operational efficiency improvement through lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing labor productivity, equipment utilization, and material efficiency.
- Manage day\-to\-day production operations and cross\-functional collaboration, working closely with R\&D, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to support project implementation and mass production.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the factory quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and other applicable medical device quality standards.
- Support local regulatory registration, product certification, and compliance activities in India, coordinating with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and third\-party organizations as required.
- Lead local supplier development and vendor management initiatives, driving component localization, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction efforts.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, quality concerns, and operational risks, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including production capacity, yield, on\-time delivery performance, inventory turnover, manufacturing cost, and operational efficiency.
- Support production transfer, technology transfer, new product introduction (NPI), and localization projects from headquarters to the India facility, strengthening local manufacturing capabilities.
- Build, lead, and develop local teams across production, PMC, quality, and operations functions, fostering accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between the China headquarters and the India factory, ensuring effective implementation of corporate objectives, operational requirements, and production targets.
- Provide regular operational reports, KPI reviews, and improvement plans to senior management, supporting strategic decision\-making and business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, factory management, production management, or related functions, with prior team management experience.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, electronics manufacturing, precision equipment, electro\-mechanical products, or high\-tech manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, PMC, production planning, supply chain management, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and medical device quality systems; experience in regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience in regulatory submissions, product certification, or medical device compliance activities is an advantage. Familiarity with Indian medical device regulations is preferred.
- Proven experience in supplier development, localization projects, and supply chain optimization. Existing supplier resources in India will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and risk management skills, with the ability to independently handle production, quality, and operational challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to use English as a working language in daily operations, meetings, and international collaboration.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing, particularly under ISO 13485 regulated environments.
- Experience supporting production transfer from China to overseas manufacturing sites.
- Familiarity with India's manufacturing ecosystem, supplier network, and regulatory environment.

1、负责公司印度工厂整体生产运营管理工作,包括生产制造、PMC(生产与物料控制)、质量管理、供应链管理及运营体系建设,确保工厂高效、稳定运行。
2、负责生产计划制定与执行,统筹生产进度、交付周期、物料供应及生产资源协调,确保客户订单按期交付。
3、负责生产成本控制及运营效率提升,推动精益生产、流程优化及现场改善,持续提升人均产出、设备利用率及材料利用率。
4、负责生产现场管理及跨部门协同,协调研发、工程、质量、采购、物流及供应链等部门推进项目导入及量产交付。
5、负责建立、完善并持续优化工厂质量管理体系,推动ISO13485等医疗器械质量体系在印度工厂的有效运行及持续改进。
6、参与医疗器械产品在印度市场的法规注册、认证及合规相关工作,协调第三方机构及监管部门完成注册、审查及认证工作。
7、负责本地供应链开发与供应商管理,推动关键零部件本地化采购及供应链优化,降低采购成本及供应风险。
8、负责生产异常、质量问题及运营风险的分析与处理,推动问题闭环管理及持续改善机制建设。
9、负责工厂运营数据分析与管理,包括产能、良率、交付达成率、库存周转率、制造成本等关键运营指标的持续改善。
10、参与总部生产转移、技术导入、新产品导入(NPI)及本地化制造项目,推动制造能力建设与本地运营体系完善。
11、负责印度本地团队建设与管理,包括生产、PMC、质量及运营团队的培养与发展,提升组织能力及执行效率。
12、作为中国总部与印度工厂之间的重要沟通桥梁,推动总部管理要求、生产计划及运营目标在当地的有效落地。
13、定期向总部管理层汇报工厂运营状况、关键指标及改善计划,为公司战略决策提供支持。
1、本科及以上学历,机械工程、电子工程、自动化、工业工程、生产管理或相关专业。
2、5年以上生产运营、制造管理或工厂管理相关经验,其中具备团队管理经验。
3、有医疗器械、电子设备、精密制造、高科技制造或机电产品行业经验者优先。
4、熟悉生产运营管理体系,包括PMC、生产计划、供应链管理、质量管理及精益生产体系。
5、具备较强的现场管理能力及跨部门协调能力,能够推动复杂项目落地并解决实际运营问题。
6、熟悉ISO13485等质量管理体系,有医疗器械行业质量体系管理经验者优先。
7、具备法规注册、产品认证或医疗器械合规相关经验,熟悉印度医疗器械注册流程者优先。
8、具备供应商开发、本地化采购及供应链建设经验,有印度本地供应链资源者优先。
9、具备较强的数据分析能力、问题分析能力及风险管理意识,能够独立处理生产、质量及运营异常问题。
10、具备良好的英语沟通能力,能够作为工作语言进行日常管理、商务沟通及跨国协作。
11、具备中文沟通能力,能够与中国总部进行高效沟通与协同。
12、具备跨文化团队管理经验,能够适应国际化工作环境及多元文化团队合作。
13、能够长期驻印度工作,或接受每年50%以上时间在印度出差。
14、非印度籍候选人需具备印度工作签证申请条件;已持有有效印度工作签证者优先。
15、有印度工厂建设、海外运营管理或印度市场工作经验者优先。
