Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and manage manpower efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and hands\-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and coordinate day\-to\-day production activities.
✅ Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
✅ Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
✅ Manage shop\-floor manpower, shift allocation, and attendance.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards and production procedures.
✅ Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
✅ Identify and resolve production\-related issues to minimize downtime.
✅ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
✅ Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and reduce wastage.
✅ Implement and maintain 5S, safety practices, and workplace discipline.
✅ Train and guide operators and production staff on processes and safety requirements.
✅ Monitor adherence to SOPs and company policies.
